Born on August 5, 1980 in Bucharest, Romania.
Graduated with merits the International Economic Relations and Finance, Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets faculties within the Academy of Economic Studies (Romania) in September 2003.
Post-University degree in Economics of European Integration from the Academy of Economic Studies in 2004.
Fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
In 2006 – 2010 and 2012-2013 worked as Senior Expert at the Ministry of Public Finance, DG Treasury and Public Debt (Romania), covering mainly Romania’s participation in several IFIs and financial markets issues. Member of EFC sub-committee for IMF and related issues and EFC/EPC Joint Working Group on financial aspects related to international financing in the climate change area.
During 2010-2011, advisor to the State Secretary responsible with the coordination of Treasury and Public Debt, PPP and Management of European Funds.
In September 2013, started to work at the International Investment Bank, as Head of Strategic Development and Analysis Department.
Since January 2016, appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board at the International Investment Bank, representative of Romania.
He is married and has two sons. Hobbies: classical music, tennis and mathematics.
