Moscow. On November 15, 2013 the senior management of the International Investment Bank was invited for negotiation with the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, Anton Siluanov. The meeting was dedicated to the upcoming jubilee meeting of the IIB’s Council which is to take place in the beginning of December and to discussion of further development directions of the Bank.

The Chairman of the Board, Nikolay Kosov, informed the Minister about the latest obtained results and the active preparation to the up-coming 100 ^th meeting of the Council of the Bank on which decisions are to be made that will define Bank’s further development.

In the course of the meeting, a constructive discussion on Bank’s current issues, including recapitalization, the change of constituent documents and the settlement of the Republic of Cuba’s debt was held. The Minister also set a number of tasks regarding the IIB’s development direction in the future.
