On Sunday, March 30, The Deputy Head of the Delegation of the Russian Federation in the Council of the IIB, the Department Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Panel Member of the MFA, Alexander Gorban celebrated his 60th anniversary.

The Board and the staff of the International Investment Bank congratulated Mr. Gorban. Alexander Gorban made lots of efforts for the IIB’s successful renovation, which is noted in a solemn address signed by the Chairman of the Board Nikolay Kosov: «You are celebrating your anniversary in the prime of your professional talents as a diplomat, an economist, a manager with unique experience and huge potential. We had a lot of opportunities to view your remarkable qualities — gain a deep understanding of the discussed issues, the ability to find and state the optimal solution, the willingness to compromise in order to achieve the results, the firmness in serving the interests of the country to which you have devoted all your life. Your participation in the reformation of the International Investment Bank as a member of the Russian delegation in the Council of the IIB was great luck for us. Without your active participation many complicated issues of the reformation of the Bank hardly would have found a solution.»
