The end of the year is the time to draw conclusions and to make new plans. The year 2015, with all its complications, has been successful for us – we managed to implement most of our plans, and if something has been left unfinished, I am convinced it will be done in the upcoming year. I am very grateful to the Bank’s international team for their professional work, traditionally aimed at the economic prosperity of our member states, and to our partners for the fruitful cooperation!

In 2015, the Bank celebrated 45 years since the signing of the Agreement Establishing the IIB by its founding countries, and on January 1, 2016, the Bank is going to celebrate the 45th anniversary of its operations. There is no doubt that an institution with such a long and unique history will see an interesting and successful future.

I wish all of you happiness and prosperity, professional success and accomplishments, and may luck be always with us and make all our most ambitious ideas and plans come true.
