IIB Improves Organizational Structure
Chairman of the International Investment Bank Nikolay Kosov met with Maxim Bychkov, partner of the consulting company «Ernst & Young (CIS) B.V.«
Mr. Bychkov presented to Mr. Kosov the results of monitoring the current organizational structure of the Bank and discussed with the Head of the IIB the main approaches to the formation of the new operating model. The result of the work of the «Ernst & Young» experts will be the new organizational structure of the bank. In compliance with high international standards, it will include a description of the key business processes, requirements for staff development; the payment, motivation and assessment system.
Development and implementation of the modern organizational structure is one of the IIB’s priorities as part of the realization of the renovated strategy. The results of the joint work with «Ernst & Young (CIS) B.V.» will be presented for approval at the next 99th IIB’s Council session, which is going to be held in late May 2013 in Bratislava.
