Since the beginning of 2013 the IIB Capital (a 100% subsidiary of the International Investment Bank) has started its activities. The main objective of the company is the work with the non-core and bad loans and with the management of the Bank’s property. The staff of the company are highly professional specialists in the fields of company law, anti-crisis management, economical analysis and audit, who have gained work experience in the leading Russian and international companies, such as VTB, Ingosstrakh, TNK-BP, VEB-Invest. The General Manager of the IIB Capital has appointed Alexander Reprintsev, who earlier worked for the Export Insurance Agency of Russia as member of the Board, Chief Financial Officer.

The first result of the IIB Capital’s work is the procedure of the financial restructuring of «StroyProektInvest». Due to a series of efficient and professional events the debt of this company to the IIB was completely settled, the International Investment Bank was able to release funds in the amount of EUR 3 million. At present specialists of IIB Capital are thoroughly analyzing the bad loans and are looking for the best solution to settle them.

Another area of the IIB Capital’s activities is going to be the management of the Bank’s property. This will allow the IIB to improve the quality of property management, minimize administrative and maintenance costs, improve the personnel structure, taking into consideration the core objectives of the Bank.
