IIB employees got letters of gratitude from the Russian Government
The Deputy Chairman of the Board Demchigjav Molomjamts (Mongolia) and the Head of the Treasury Department Ventsislav Stefanov (The Republic of Bulgaria) were presented awards by the Russian Federation. They were awarded commendation by the Government of the Russian Federation for their substantional contribution to the development of the economic and financial ties of Russia with the foreign countries.
An awards ceremony took place in the headquarters of the IIB. In the solemn ceremony the rewards — the letters of gratitude signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev were handed over by the Head of the Russian Delegation in the IIB Council, the Deputy Minister of Finance Dmitriy Pankin.
In his speech Mr. Pankin emphasized that the multilateral features of the staff of the IIB helps him to work effectively in all the member states of the Bank and to complete the tasks of the development of the economic cooperation between them.
Dmitriy Pankin especially noted the solid experience of Mr. Molomjamts who held key positions in the financial sector of Mongolia and in the international organizations in different years. His experience was of high demand in the process of the reformation and renewal of the Bank. As the member of the IIB Council who is aware of the financial data of the Bank Russian Deputy Minister noted the high performance of the Treasury Department headed by Mr. Stefanov and also reliability and effectiveness of the operations of the Bank on the financial markets.
In their speeches Demchigjav Molomjamts and Ventsislav Stefanov thanked the Russian Government for the appreciation of their work and emphasized that they consider it as a recognition of the success of the IIB’s reforms and efficiency of the new format of the Bank’s activities.
