IIB supports digital industry development: The Bank grants a loan to the global provider of IT solutions Softline Group

International Investment Bank has disbursed the first tranche under a loan agreement signed with a global provider of IT solutions and services, the Softline Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Group"). According to the terms of the transaction, the Bank will provide a loan up to USD 26.3 million for a period of 7 years. The received financing will support further development of the Group's business, in particular, its expansion of geographical presence and acquisition of new assets.  Read more

IIB kicks-off funding in 2021 by placing a transaction under its MTN Programme with a record-long maturity of 20 years. The new transaction in the amount of EUR 30 million and priced at MS+90 bps (0.95% annual coupon) will be listed on the Dublin Stock Exchange. IIB provides Russian transport infrastructure support: the Bank extends a large loan for the construction of the Central Ring Road

International Investment Bank issued a subordinated loan to support the construction of the Central Ring Road (CRR) in the Moscow Region of the Russian Federation. As part of this large-scale infrastructure project, a new 106-kilometer long section of the Central Ring Road was built, connecting the M-11 Moscow - St. Petersburg and M-7 Volga highways.
