On March 4, 2016, a loan agreement with Huvepharma (Republic of Bulgaria) was signed in the framework of the syndicated loan with Citi. The proceeds from the transaction will be used to finance the acquisition of the portfolio of assets from Zoetis, as well as for capital expenditure and general corporate purposes.
