On April 18, 2017, syndicated loan agreement for Credit Bank of Moscow, Russia, was signed in the amount of up to EUR 40 million, organized by HSBC Bank (RR) LLC, ING Bank N. V., J.P. Morgan Limited, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Joint Stock Commercial Bank "ROSBANK" (Open joint-stock company) and AO UniCredit Bank. The funds will be used to finance general activities, including the development of corporate business.
