On December 18, 2014 a loan agreement was signed with Eurohold Bulgaria AD. The funds will be used by the company to increase the capital of Euroins Romania and Euroins Bulgaria with the aim to develop insurance business in the territories of Romania and the Republic of Bulgaria.

The amount of the loan is EUR 15 million

The loan term is 7 years.
