On March 7, 2017, the IIB has signed an agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on participation in a syndicated loan in favor of Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), Vietnam, for a total of 50 million US $ (IIB share - 10 million US $) for development of lending to small and medium-sized businesses.
